VarsiTee.golf ("VarsiTee", "we", "us") is a golfer-first improvement platform that helps you capture rounds, reflect on your game, plan practice, and work with your coach. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Golf information you enter. Round scores and notes, practice goals, attendance records, and onboarding answers you choose to provide.
- Program and coaching context. The programs you join and the reflections you share with your coach or organization.
- Feedback. Anything you send us through the feedback form. Email is optional there, and you may choose not to attach your account details.
- Technical data. Basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: saving your rounds, showing your progress, and connecting you with your coach or program.
- To communicate with you about your account, for example email verification and password reset messages.
- To understand and improve the product, including reviewing feedback you send us.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Your round notes and reflections are shared only with the program or coach you choose to join.

Your information is stored on infrastructure operated for VarsiTee and processed only to provide the service. Access is limited to what is needed to run, secure, and support the platform.
Your choices
Only include details you are comfortable sharing with your program or coach, and avoid sensitive personal information in round notes or feedback. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or security reasons.
